Classes meet both Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 7:00 and new students are encouraged to attend both if possible.
Cost $100 plus cost of training uniform (to be ordered after the first week based on sizes needed).
Beginner series will run for three months from Monday, October 20 to December 18 and will focus on foundational skills and safe practice.
