12 week beginner series starting October 3rd 2022
Classes meet Monday and Thursday from 6:00 – 7:00pm and students are encouraged to come to both nights if possible. The focus will be on foundational movement and techniques as well as etiquette and learning to fall safely.
Prior to signing up, prospective students are encouraged to come visit the dojo to watch a class and ask any questions.
Fee for the 12 weeks is $150; this includes the cost of a lightweight Gi (training uniform).
N.B. Lunenburg Aikikai follows Nova Scotia provincial policies regarding Covid-19. We encourage you to be vaccinated if you wish to practice at the dojo but we do not make it a requirement. Similarly, students wishing to wear a mask are welcomed but it is not mandatory.
